Loading CDs and DVDs into a printer can be a time-consuming and
laborious task, especially if your requirement for printed discs
exceeds more than ten at a time. The CopyDisc AutoPrinter XC offers
the perfect solution affording users the ability to print up to
660 discs at any one time at high speed without user intervention.
High Speed, Low Cost Printing
The Prism offers an impressive range of features to anyone who
duplicates CD-R’s or other 120mm optical media such as CD-RW, DVD-R
and DVD-RAM. The printer is capable of on-demand printing at fast
print speeds, and its rugged durability allows 24-hour, 7 day use.
You can print high durable text and colourful graphics onto a wide
variety of standard lacquer-surface media types, eliminating the
need for special printable surface discs.
The Prism thermal printer can print CDs at up to 300 x 600 dpi.
and has a printing speed of around 50 seconds per disc (depending
on image resolution and printer mode).
As thermal transfers are used in the print process the drying time
required for some other printing methods is eliminated. Cost per
copy is also very affordable when compared to other printing methods.
The low cost thermal ribbon can produce 500 colour images or using
a single colour ribbon 1500 mono images can be produced.
Networking
The CopyDisc XC AutoPrinter is operated using DiscPilot
advanced networking software. There is no drive fitted so the system
is run directly from a PC on a network.
This easy to use yet sophisticated and versatile CD and DVD printer
management software system, provides multiple users with access
to one of the range of automatic printers. DiscPilot allows a CopyDisc
XC to act as a peripheral device across a network.
DiscPilot is a completely new way of networking
your CopyDisc XC. Instead of relying on a traditional Cat5 cable
network connection, uses a high speed USB connection for improved
reliability and data transmission rates.
Warranty: One year parts and labour, optional extended warranty
available
(Rimage Prism print heads are warranted
for 3 months only, TEAC P-55 print heads are warranted for 40,000
prints only.)
